Would this truck be good for towing

I am looking at buying this truck its a 06 f350 with
lots of upgrades and bulletproofing. I own a tree
removal company and it will be used for hauling a
dump trailer with a maximum weight of 14,000 lbs
I hardly ever have that much weight in it but that is
the max. I have been using a f150 but that truck is
on its last leg and its time to retire it and get a
deisal truck that can handle towing and not kill me
in fuel cost. IS this a good purchase  the picture I
posted has a list of all the owner has done to the
truck
