No power to anything?

I have a 1995 subaru legacy. I was having trouble
8n the winter with my battery going down. Now it
like there's no power to anything.  Lights won't
come on nothing when I turn the key. It like no
power at all. Help!

I have attended the engine mountain, after that the car has no power,what could be the cause?
