what does it mean when your abs and no traction light comes on

i was driving down the highway and the car jerked then ding ding the lights came on abs
and no traction...what does that mean car didnt over heat lose power or breaks so what
do i do now..single mama here needs helps asap suppose to travel tommorow will it be
safe

Should be ok to drive,but if it continues to do this have the abs sensors checked,probably just a bad sensor.
