I JUST PURCHASED A USED 2001 POINTIAC AZTEK WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE CD IT TOOK IT BUT THEN IT DID NOT PLAY INSTEAD IT SAID THERE WAS A ERROR.  IT DID NOT EJECT THE CD AND IT DOES NOT PLAY AT ALL.  THE RADIO WORKS THE SPEAKER ARE GOOD BUT YOU CAN ADJUST THE SOUND QUALITY.  WHAT YOU THINK IS THE PROBLEM.

Sounds like your stereo has taken a dump. Most dealerships can order the correct stereo for you and will return your CDs when your unit is sent back on exchange to the manufacturer. This is the only way I know of getting your CD out, to replace the unit.
