Won't start , key wont go to off position

I have a 2001 Aztec doing the same thing. Any solutions yet

I had the same problem with the key. But the car started at that point. To remove the key underneath the steering column is a cap that can be removed with a circular hole in which you can stick a pen or a screwdriver up into which will release a switch when you hit a button directly with the utensil used and then you can turn the key off and pull it out
