Car won't start just turns

I have a 2004 Grandam Pontiac  and it will
not turn over just keeps  turning like it out of
gas or bad battery connection. Nothing  I
have tried works paid a shop 380.00 bucks
To make  my car start  they did but for only
one day replaced the ignition in it.  Replaced
spark plugs and wire redone battery cables I
have a full tank checked fused crankshaft
starter coils I'm stuck please help I can't
send it back to the guy with dummy's at the
shop.

Turn switch to on position for 10 minutes until security light goes out then turn key off and then on it should start
