Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am having an issue with my power steering. It stops
working and once I restart my car it will work for a minute
and then stops again. Steering wheel shakes a little bit
when idling.  "Power steering " pops up on the radio display.
We checked the EPS fuse and it was fine.

Check the power steering fluid level too. If the level is okay, then maybe the serpentine ("fan belt") belt is slipping due to wear or weak tensioner. Have a mechanic check it out. Steering is nothing to ignore.
