2002 alero won’t start

I have 2002 alero my alarm light won’t stop blinking
when I try to start the car the hazard light come on.
The car won’t start at all

Put key in ignition. turn it to on.security should be flashing.leave it that way for 20 minutes. security light should stop flashing.( will be on solid ) Turn key to start. it should start.

Yes, the alarm light is blinking red on the side of the car, the security light is not.

When I try to start the car the engine won’t crank but my alarm light (not my security light) flashes as well as my hazard lights.
