My 2003 olds silhouette has
225/60R16, can I put 225/75 R16 on
it?

its just going to be a little wider of a tire. yes it will fit. use the metric converter to see how much wider it is than the ones you have now

75 series tires will be a Lot taller and may have clearance issues. The width will be exactly the same.

In addition to clearance issues, the 75 series tires will cause the speedometer and odometer read low by about 10%.
