Automatic to manual

have a 1995 Nissan 200sx. Its an automatic, but i would
much rather have it as a stick shift. I know that its
possible to swap a manual in its place, but i'm just
wondering how difficicult it is and whether its really worth
while.

A lot of trouble and not worth it. If you really like your car buy a manual version and sell the one you have.
