Mitsubishi Galant 1996-2000

Asked by Blackwarden Jan 08, 2016 at 11:35 PM about the 1998 Mitsubishi Galant

Question type: Car Customization

Ok here goes!
I want to make a beast. I am thinking a 2JZ-GTE in
a Mitsubishi Galant 1996-2000. Any advice on what
to change or if I should look at another engine or
car? Which trim would suit this engine best?

Also, What about a civic 1995? Which engine goes
best with the civic to make or break a 300hp
barrier?

I'd take the 20th Century Honda over the Mitsu- start buying some of those boy-racer magazines and you'll never need to ask us anything ever again-

Thanks! I have been thinking about the 2009 civic too. But the Mitsubishi has the look I need and the built to probably sustain the conditions here in Pakistan. So, if kindly you could answer the question more directly, including the 2JZ-GTE for the Galant and for the civic '95 or 2009, and the possibilities of other beastly engines for them, I would be grateful. P.S. No specific magazines here. Very few people attempt to get such changes made to their cars, even though there are many awesome capable engineers and mechanics that can set everything right. Also, the Honda, Toyota and Mitsubishi dealerships will probably help me in setting the vibration and weight ratio together with other adjustments so not much problem of getting perfectly professional help.
