B2600 not firing on #4 and oil soaked plug

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Sometimes it runs smooth but most it starts to
miss. Pull plugs and #4 is soaked. I have replaced
the lifters, new plugs, wires, distributor cap and all
and it is still doing the same thing. Any ideas? I
thought maybe a stuck valve or bad guide?

Can be many things. Oil is getting past the piston rings most likely and soaking the plug. If that's what's soaking it.
