Upgrades to used cars

Can you add the Max Trailering Package to a used Chevrolet Tahoe 2018-20?
These are hard to find on the used market. It was marketed as a "optional
upgrade" when newly purchased so it seems like this could be added to a used
truck but I've seen nothing online indicating that this can be done. Thanks in
advance.

You can upgrade the engine and transmission cooling and beef up the suspension. Regearing it for heavier loads is expensive.
