Haywire electrical system

1998 grand marquis. My moms car  all the
lights interior and exterior intermittently
working air bag light is on and battery light is
on. Had the battery and alternator tested and
came back good. Any help would be
appreciated

Take a close look for any obvious elec. problems , if the car is rusted out you may not want to put a bunch of money into it
