Air Conditioning problem on 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis

When the A/C is on and blowing cold air, it suddenly changes to blowing warm air.  It is full of freon.

sound like improper refrigerant flow...could be overcharges too---but have some service done...have them put in a new filter/drier and it'll come back into service~
