Check engine light

I hav had my 03 grand Marquis about 5 yrs
And every year when it gets cold my check engine
light comes on, dont make sense to me, I have
coolant in it, I don't run the heat I need a blower
motor.  But every winter without fail it comes on.
Summer time no problems, and I do regular
maintenance.

Have you ever had the trouble codes read to know what the light is warning of?
