2019 Ford Edge, high pitched random beeps from under dash while driving

We have noticed a rather high pitched beep coming from under the dash
while driving, no lights or notifications whatsoever.  Where is the beeping
coming from, and why?  The beeping is a double tone, and sounds like an
Apple Iwatch notification.

I have the same noise in my 2011 Ford Edge what is causing it

Hi I have a 2016 Ford edge and heard this noise for the first time this morning! No warning lights or anything unusual. It recently went in for an interim service about 8 weeks ago so everything should be OK. It confused the heck out of me. Like you send it sounded like a notification tone, but even my phone didn't have any messages (checked when I parked! ) Have you managed to get an answer?

I think that it’s the system saying you need your car oil changed.. it also could be the engine having a problem.

I HAVE A 2011 FORD EDGE AND IT HAS A HIGH PITCH SOUND WHEN VEHICLE IS OFF. THEN BATTERY IS DEAD IN MORNING. HEARD NOISE FROM TRANSMISSION. WHY?
