Bad tranny

Asked by GuruSB4BN May 24, 2019 at 12:35 PM about the 2018 Honda CR-V

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My son bought a new CR-V and at about 68.0000 miles he heard a noise
coming from from what he thought was the trans.  He took it to the Dealer
they had it a week and said  he just had a lot of mud under the car to take to
a car wash. two weeks later my son went to Jiffy lube and had a oil change
and his trans serviced and they found metal on the drain plug Dealer said
sorry your over your warranty Less then 3 weeks later trans a total loss
which tells me that the dealer didn't even look at my sons car which leaves
him stranded.  whaT can we do???
