is this a fuse problem

Inside lights/brake lights work.  However head and tail night lights do not work. Does this sound like a fuse?

you are a brave man, having a Maser- did you check your fuses? This is about the cheapest thing you can do on that car- an '03 will need maintenance and repair, very expensive repairs- I have an Italian car, but mine is inexpensive to repair and easy to work on- and still, the belle macchine, just like yours-
