replace VCRM what to do next

I was given a smaller battery which I find out later they
were surprised it started my car well it was frying up my
wiring Lights Went Out discover vcrm was fried and now
I'm there what else do I do

What kind of battery was in there? Under or over volting a circuit can cause damage to the connectors and wiring. Definitely inspect any wiring connectors for melted plastic or burnt marks. Otherwise just make sure everything is working after replacing the faulty vcrm and battery.
