Bipass alarm kill switch

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought the car As-Is and alarm went off and locked ignition.  I can not start it up its not letting me.  Plus the lights come on and powere but nothing else.

try unhooking battery for about 5 min re hook.

Say on my 1996 Lexus s 300. It wont turn over.my girl opened the door THE alarm went off now it aint doing nothing...what must i do?
