2001 Grand Marquis - car is sputtering

my car starts to sputter and choke when
going up a hill. Car slows down. Now, my car
had sat for a while. Newly changed spark
plugs. Today I put in fuel injection cleaner.
HELP.....Please.

I put some B12fuel cleaner an look like slow my car up for a min but when I mash the gas it’s like it die an put a new battery in it know radio don’t work properly
