What’s wrong with my 2000 Lexus

We just got the car rewired, and the first couple
days it was running great except the check engine
light stayed on and so does the TRAC OFF light,
lately it’s been struggling to pick up speed no
matter how hard I press on the gas it’s like it
stutters to pick up, then today as I  was driving
everytime I hit a little bump in the road the car
would cut off and turn back on like if it glitched.
Don’t know what’s wrong please help
