I tried every thing when my uconnect went out on my 2016 Chrysler 300. Kept saying reschedule.for update. I finally unconnected. Battery cable and waited ten minutes. I reconnected cable and it and it still said schedule for up date. I then pushed volume..and. Tune button in at the same time and held till screen went black. And it rebooted itself. Radio came back on and all systems,s. Workin.

My 2018 300C infotainment center just started having issues at 11,000 miles. First issue was my heated steering wheel would only stay on for approximately 15 minutes instead of 80 minutes per the owners manual. The dealership replaced the steering wheel but I still had the issue. Next my phone Bluetooth would disconnect switching back to the phone. My auto heated seat and steering wheel would not active automatically when starting the car on a cold morning. Finally my navigation showed I was in another location (City) and my car symbol was basically in a field instead of the highway I was driving on. I took the car to the dealership who told me the system needed an update which would take approximately an hour. Five hours later and after a visit to my service advisor everyhour. I was told the system would not take the upgrade and the complete system failed during their 5-hour attempt. I was told they would need the car for at least 10- days waiting for the new system since it was the day prior to New years Eve. I was put in a newer loaner that was smoked in. Being a nonsmoker and this being the only loaner available and my five hours wait. I just wanted out of there. It's been 8 working days and I'm still waiting. I purchased a new 2015 Chrysler 200S that I had in service 7-times during the first year of purchase for transmission issues. I said I would never purchase another Chrysler, but I wanted a luxury performance sedan with a V8. Since the discount was amazing and my favorite brand, Ford has limited sedans to select from. I thought I would give Chrysler another try. Hopefully this will be my only issue. Back to the Radio issues. I'm guessing one of two issues. One being an upgrade fix. The second being a much greatly expensive of replacing the entire infotainment system. Happily, my system estimated $2000 replacement was covered by FCA factory warranty. Ask your dealership about what system upgrade your running to find out

Good luck. I've been waiting for 34 days for a new infotainment system to be shipped to my dealer for a factory warranty replacement in my 2018 Chrysler 300C. The car has been in service for all this time. Without the system the car will not start. No heat plus several other operating systems. My next step is an attorney for a buyback.
