Dinging on and SC 430 Lexus 2004

every time I accelerate from a stop my car will ding. I
thought it might be needing air in my tires because the air
pressure light was on so I filled all four and the light went
out but it is still dinging when I go from a stop.

Ok this sounds kind of silly but that happened to me... I found out that i had been accidently hitting the switch to pop the trunk but it was only registering that it was open when I braked because it made it lift enough to notice but when I stopped completely it would stop... but my car is a vw so I don't know if it's the same. Good luck!
