Reseting your home address in the Navigation system

When I first got our 2016 Equinox I tried setting our HOME address in the navigation system but was not parked in our own driveway. Now it shows our home address wrong. Is there a way to reset this? What if a person moved and wanted to change their home address in the navigation system? There must be a way to do this I hope.
