2015 ford fiesta wont start

I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta that wont start. I turned my key
and all the lights came on (but not the engine) and a
message saying my immobilizer malfunctioned and
required service. Now the lights wont even turn on either.

Shes been sitting out for about 3 cold nights if that means
anything.

I would test the battery to see what the voltage is. It should be over 12V. If not, it's time for replacement.
