This tube will be on the outside underneath the vehicle protruding from the firewall. Most garages will be able to blow this tube out with compressed air for a reasonable price. It is not readily accessible without a vehicle lift for a DIY repair in most cases.

I nevr could find the drain hole under my 98 cerokee. Here is a link that describes how to repair the problem. I didn't have time to get the plug so I use some Lock Tight plumbing repair product and it's still working after a month. Make sure you drill in the center like they say because the long wire or metal coat hanger should be push straight through the middle of the circle. Hope this helps.

you can see it sticking out of the firewall just below the a/c accumulator. big silver tank on pass. side. Jeep makes a tube that you install to the drain to redirect the drain water.
