2014 Dodge Grand Caravan 30th anniversary model front license plate-how to mount?

How do i mount the front license plate? there are 2 indentations on the front bumper but i
have no idea what i should use.

We had a 1994 Dodge van and still have it and love the thing. It had a front license plate holder on it. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Van and I hate it. We are trying to put the hardware kit on the bumper right now and they won't fit in the holes because they are square brackets. Dumb!!!!!
