my 2005 jeep cherokee is overheating it just started today every time i drive it it goes from cold to hot when i stop and look at the car it smoke come out of it please help

If it is reaching max temp, you probably have a bad thermostat. Easy fix and very inexpensive part. Replace that and see if it cures the problem. If not post back with results.
