Should last the life of the rest of the engine, unless you hear noise or have issues with valves rattling or jumping time.

The car (2012) has developed a very loud roar at speeds over 45 mph. Do not think it is a bearing. Still seems to run good. It is at the mechanic's now. Hope he can find the peoblem.
