hyundai sante fe radio won't turn off

When I take key out of ignition and exit vehicle radio and clock and inside lights come on and Bluetooth
reconnected.

That is a relay/switch issue and is covered under the manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty. Take it back to your dealership and have them fix it. Should be no cost to you.

Reset your radio by pressing small reset button on right side of power switch
