What can I do if my car doesnt want to open at all?

I have a dodge journey 2012 and It wont let
me open the car it's in complete lockdown. I
changed the battery to the key it wasnt that I
got jumper cables and tried that and nope
wasnt that idk what else to do. My car
doesnt want to open at all.

Did you try using the physical key to open the driver door? How did you access the car battery to jump start it if all the doors are locked?

Yes I used the actually key and it didnt want to work and my husband managed to open up the car from the bottom to get to the battery and still no use.
