Front bushings are worn. Is this a major concern for my vehicle...or can I replace them in a month or more from now?

Lower control arm bushings, yes. Sway bar bushings not so much. You should get in touch with BoholMark, he's a man with a lot of knowledge. He's on here all the time and is also in the Philippines.
