Which is the cheapest money wise, to have replaced... the CV joints or the Tie Rods? Also, which is the more dangerous of the two, if not immediately repaired?

You loose a Tie-rod you loose steering. A CV joint breaks, you don't move. You choose. They are about the same money-wise, the CV joint maybe a bit more

It also depends on where in the world you live as far as cost of the parts are concerned.
