keep seeing conflicting MPG some say urban 18 Motorway 22, other say urban 21 motorway 39, confirm ?

Here is the official EPA estimated fuel mileage: 17 city, 25 hwy, 20 combined. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/noframes/16592.shtml
