Water pump pully 330i 2001

After replacing serpentine belt , the water pump
pully don't spin. Any help?

Is the water pump seized? Can you spin it by hand? If not, there's your problem. Factory water pumps came with plastic impellers, that can fail. May want to upgrade to an aftermarket one.
