Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My oil pressure low light comes on when I am idling ...seems to follow a week or so after an oil change, oil full and clean. It has happened 5 times.

I had a similar issue and it turned out to be a problem with the brake booster/master cylinder. When idling at a red light/stop sign my car would stall with the low oil pressure light coming on. No oil change needed, nor a leak. There was also a faint whistling noise coming from the brake pedal when pressure was applied
