Replacing radio in 2010 Lexus

Asked by Grneyz73 Apr 27, 2019 at 08:29 AM about the 2010 Lexus ES

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Can I replace the radio in my 2010 ES350 and still
use the factory dash kit that is already installed?
So basically replacing just the radio without buying
a new dash kit?

1 Answer

So, I purchased a radio from a salvage yard for my Lexus without having to replace the entire radio kit that includes the navigation and climate control. The Lexus dealer advised me I needed to replace the entire kit which is not true! My radio works fine after the replacement.
