Check your manual but at 15 years, probably needs a change.
Listen carefully... Do NOT get that transmission flushed. Just drain it and refill with new fluid. A tranny that old will get f’d Up if you flush it, all the bits of metal (and there will be plenty) will get mixed up into the gears if you get it flushed.
