What is the problem when you honk your horn and your radio
changes
channels by itself like it is in scan mode? This is a 2009 Hyundai
Elantra
touring.

Do you have radio controls on the steering wheel? If yes. then I would venture a guess it is related to your clock spring. It is a component under your steering wheel that houses a cable for the wiring. This wears and may contribute to the issue you are having. You will need a steering wheel puller and Special care in removing the airbag too. Have a mechanic complete this work for you if you don't regularly work on cars.
