AdBlue warning lights

Warning lights of low AdBlue. Have filled the tank
and driven over 200kms since but warning lights are
still on. Anybody else had this issue and how did
you fix it please?

Mazda cx7 2009 model. Refilled adblue but warning lights still on after 300kms. Went to mazda dealer and can only replace whole unit $ 6500. Seems mazda have a ongoing issue with this system. Have applied for a warranty coverage as it seems a design fault...waiting still.
