How long does buyer have to respond before I drop him as a buyer?

I received a notice that a buyer wanted to purchase my car 10 days ago.  I accepted and  forwarded all of the infomration CarGuru's mandated.  The prospective buyer never replied.  I now have another prospective buyer.  Can I sell to the new individual or am I bound to the orginal offer?

You are not bound, 10 days is a long time to wait BTW. First come, first serve is my motto.
