98 Ford ranger 2.5l common problems

Okay I have a98 Ford ranger that I have cleared out
all of the fuel system and changed the coil packs
spark plugs wisers replaced the fuses and relays
put new vacuum line's and it's still not working right
I am going to replace the mafs is there anything
else I can do to help get it running right
