I have a 1998 Ford Mustang.  I was riding today
and my check engine light start blinking. I had an
oil change done. They said coolant and oil level is
fine. It is now blowing white smoke someone
please help

The blinking light means a trouble code (s) is pending. The white smoke means you may have a leaking head gasket.
