You probably need new plugs and wires, and cap and rotor. When that stuff starts wearing out, normally you'll get problems like that, more often when it rains from the moisture. Get yourself a good set of either AC Delco or Belkin wires. If you spend your money on cheap ones the wires usually last one third or one half the time of the ones I mentioned. I'd also change the fuel filter with it so you got yourself a nice tuned up truck. The three things you need. Fuel- Spark- Compression.
