i have a 1996 gmc suburban 4 whheel drive  with a 454 motor has a 6 inch lift kit large off road tires. i rebuilt brakes twice still dont work.has a hydro boost system new combination valve please help.

Hi Sub ... You are all over the place here. It sounds like you can't get your brakes to operate. There are dozens of potential problems here and you really need some help from someone who can actually verify the integrity of the system throughout the chain. Put this one in front of a mechanic. Good luck!
