Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck will not go past 2nd gear. First gear all good
reverse all good . What might be the problem? Not sure if
it's a transmission problem. 4x4 1500

If it's like mine it's probably the clutch plates in your transmisson. Get your billfold out!!!!! I had 1st 2nd and reverse. That's all I had. 96 GMC 4x4
