max tow weight for a 2000 Jimmy

Hi! I want to buy a used 29ft travel trailer, and want to know if my 2000 GMC Jimmy would stand up to towing it. It has the tow package on it, and I'm getting the sway bars/weight distribution kit with the trailer. I've asked the local RV center, and they give me the run around because I'm not buying from them, and the GMC dealership is too far away to really get in touch with them..HELP!!!

the GMC jimmy has the same towing capacity as a half ton pick up so u should be able to tow a half ton but make sure the trailer has only a 350lb tounge weight

my jimmy weighs 3800 with a 4 by 4 can i tow a 35 ft trailer
