The key is stuck in the ignition and it's in park. The
gear actually won't move at all either. Any help
would be great.  Thanks

So were you able to turn off the car then?

Crank over hard left with your steering wheel and try it. If that don't work do it to the right. Because it might be your steering wheel lock.

Teresa, problem is either the neutral safety switch, OR ignition switch. To get the key out, look under the steering column, there will either be a small hole to stick something small in to push and release key OR an indentation where a hole was supposed to be. Carefully drill out and release key.

had to put a zip tie around the barrel just above the key. If you can't turn your key back to off 1. Take off the plastic on the steering column 2. There is a round thing hanging upside-down " push up on that bastard and turn your key back. Bang problem solved. 3 see that round thing above the key, wiggle it baby' oh yeah! While you turn the key and wiggle you'll see that was the problem. Well i zip-tied mine because it was a little loose and Boom no more problems. Put the plastic back on. Suggestions maybe yours needs a wedge before ziping? And my zip-tie took me just a bit of time and very strong effort as it was a tight maneuver. Next time I'll use a bendable wire first and thread it through the tip of the zip.
